Terms and Conditions
- No smoking in the Condo itself.
- No Pets are allowed.
- The deposit or down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. Also the Payment upon entry CAN NOT BE GIVEN AS CREDIT.
- A NO SHOW on the day of entry will be assumed that you are NO LONGER INTERESTED IN PURSUING THE RENTAL.
- If you wish to Pay your balance on the day of entry in any Currency other than USD that is fine but the currency conversion will be calculated with the currency rate on the day of deposit payment.
- Check in time not before 4pm on day of entry. Check out time on day of departure not later than 1pm. (If you need flexibility here please discuss with owners)
- If you wish to make a Condo viewing or indeed if you wish to send a family member to make a viewing on your behalf, you are very welcome to do so but on having experienced some No Shows and general time wasting here we issue this guidance first:
Please exhaust all other factors that may be of importance to you first such as rental costs, location, size etc. If at that point you wish make a viewing you are very welcome to make an arrangement. We request that you bring a deposit with you.
