Booking Procedure
- Check under availability to see if the dates are available for the condo you want
- If availability is ok then send us a message under 'Contact Us' stating your proposed rental dates
- We will calculate the rental cost and will advise you the correct deposit to be paid if you wish to book (most times $100-$150) however it may be more for long stays. Please note we can not guarantee any time slot until the deposit is paid. The deposit can be paid by paypal on our 'Pay Deposit' link. Our preferred method of deposit payment is by Paypal. If you wish to use some other way please discuss with us
- Once you have paid the deposit we will then mail you an acknowledgement and state the balance to be paid on the day of entry. We will also include here a mail to the condo security/management indicating the dates of your rental
- Finally we make arrangements to meet you at the condo on the day and time of your arrival.
